We manufacture Various types of 7segment LED Display, in all colours including white, and Display for use in Daylight. We also make multi-chip LED moules and PCB mountable Annunciating windows. The Assembly line also does Chip ON Board Products and Hybrid Microcircuits. We do Chip mounting and wire Bonding using Gold and Aluminium wire, and encapsulation including Globe topping. We do module assembly using SMD components and leaded components, with testing as required by the customer.
