Product Specification:

1) Lcmc : Common Mode Inductors for EMI compatibility to stringent standards using permeability, low loss core materials.
2) Lpfc : PFC Inductors including dial boost inductors made with high performance magnetic power toroidal core that have high Bsat characteristics, low loss , and large area to achieve homogeneous heat distribution without hot spots. relatively lower copper and core losses give higher efficiency in high power density systems.
3) Main Transformer : Half bridge converter made with
a) core of different geometries E55, EE65, PQ50 exhibiting lower losses & higher Bsat characteristics.
b) litz wire of very fine stands to minimize the AC losses due to skin and proximity effects.
4) Ltank : External Resonant tank inductor in various ferrite core geometries to get the desired leakage inductance.
5) Bias Supply transformers, Pulse transformers etc.
